In four years I went from intern to marketing manager. As a founding marketer I built a web3 education platform's marketing from zero and ran marketing in six countries. Today I do it with AI-native workflows, so a small team works at the scale of a big one.
9K → 90KInstagram followers, organic, on Reels (Patika.dev)
19K → 56KLinkedIn followers in one year (Patika.dev)
3K → 15KX followers (Patika.dev)
345K+organic profile visits and 300K+ link clicks (Patika.dev)
6countries I ran marketing in: Türkiye, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, UAE

Field notes: Meridian 2026, Lisbon
A week on the ground with the Rise In team. I shot and edited interviews across the Stellar ecosystem and turned out recaps while the moments were fresh, using a Claude skill I wrote for interview pacing, cuts, subtitles and name cards.
Meridian 2026, Lisbon, with the Stellar ambassador chapters. I'm front and center, in grey.
As a marketer, I love seeing how the work we do in web3 goes beyond campaigns and content to connect people, communities, and ecosystems.
The main-stage moment: Stellar Development Foundation CEO Denelle Dixon mentioned Rise In on the main stage, and one of our videos played on the big screen.
“AI won't make you a better marketer on its own. Knowing your craft, and knowing exactly when and how to bring AI in, will.”
I shot and edited every X video below. Scroll sideways.
One question for Stellar's CEO, our way: 11,400+ views. Shot and edited by me
One question we need to ask @DenelleDixon but in our way 💛
A second main-stage shoutout: Justin Rice from Stellar
At #Meridian2026, Justin Rice from @StellarOrg took the stage and gave Rise In a shoutout for helping grow Stellar's builder community across Asia and Turkey.
A small moment that made my week 💜 At Meridian 2026, Denelle Dixon, CEO of the Stellar Development Foundation, mentioned Rise In on the main stage, and one of our videos played on the big screen.
Reels and short-form, launch films, builder stories, event and hackathon recaps, B2B explainers. Storyboards and briefs for the team, or the whole edit myself. From script to delivery file, with the hook, captions, sound design and platform-safe framing.
Content strategy and SEO
Blog and YouTube content, SEO-led descriptions, an editorial calendar built for organic reach.
Organic social and demand
Content on X, LinkedIn and Instagram shaped by A/B tests. Lead tracking and Google Analytics reporting.
Community and lifecycle
Hackathons, bootcamps, grants and bounties. The path that takes a developer from the first lesson to the first shipped product.
Brand and partnerships
Joint programs with global blockchain foundations, brand launches in new markets, partner announcements.
AI-native growth systems
I don't ask “how can we use AI to make content?” I ask “how do we design workflows where AI amplifies human strategy?” Human approval layers, version control, logging and performance tracking: AI executes, people own the decisions.

Corporate AI training launch
Skillcamp × Jobnest.ai · B2B partnership
I made the B2B content and videos for the partnership between Skillcamp, Patika.dev's corporate training brand, and Jobnest.ai, an AI-powered HR platform: measure a team's AI skills first, then build the training from that report. Concept, brief and edit were all done with the Claude project skills I wrote. More in the video library under B2B.

Edit Panel and Claude skills
The AI-assisted video studio I built for myself
In May, making ad videos with Remotion meant explaining every animation again and again. Today, with Claude skills I wrote, a video takes about 15 minutes. Edit Panel puts those skills on one screen: pick a brand, an audience and a format, the first cut follows the brand's rules, and I fine-tune on the timeline.

Content automation with n8n
Automations I built · for the products I market
I turned daily social and search publishing into n8n workflows. Reels: a topic and a character go in; AI writes the script, an image is made and Veo 3 renders the video. Carousels and single posts work the same way. SEO: every article in Turkish and English, shipped to the blog as MDX. Nothing social goes out until a person approves it in Slack.

AI-powered English practice product · B2B marketing
My role: I led B2B marketing for HR and L&D decision-makers and built the marketing infrastructure: landing page copy, email sequences, a content calendar, performance tracking and dashboards. We built n8n and AI workflows for it, and content goes out after a human approval step.

B2B Email Panel
The email studio I built from six months of campaign data
I analysed six months of email campaign data for two B2B brands and turned what worked into rules: a subject line that asks the reader a question, an easy free offer instead of a meeting request, one destination link, no more than three bullets. The panel has Claude write each email by those rules, draws the header image in the brand's style and checks the result against the data. Out come Mailjet-ready HTML, a plain-text version for A/B tests and a PDF for team review. It can also turn a PDF report into an announcement email built from the report's own findings.

Stellar Hack Pera
Creative direction · Pera Palace, Istanbul Blockchain Week, June 2025
My role: I turned the “Hack to the Future” idea, a hackathon inside the 130-year-old Pera Palace, into a visual story. I wrote the storyboard and the brief for the announcement video, and the brief for the recap video after the event.
The event (a Stellar and Rise In team effort): 200+ developers selected from 500+ applications, 72 projects, $25,000 to 10 teams, 25%+ women, a 4.86/5 participant rating. Source: @riseinweb3
Announcement: my storyboard and brief
130 years behind, but the future's on mind; let’s Hack to the Future and see what we find!
My role: I planned and ran events for web3 ecosystems, from the first plan to the post-event report.
Planning: plans, run-of-show schedules, vendor coordination and setup.
On site: event-day operations, staff and contractors, live problem-solving.
Budgets: budgets, vendor negotiation, spend and KPI reports.
Vendors and merch: venues, production, suppliers and merch.
Speakers and travel: speaking slots for our team, travel and hotels.
After: debriefs and a report that improves the next one.
Rise In
Global web3 education platform · founding marketer, 2023 to now
My role: I built marketing from zero in July 2023. We entered Türkiye and India first; Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam followed. I set up the content and growth engine for courses, hackathons, grants and bounties, and ran marketing for joint programs with the Aptos, Stellar, Algorand and Celo Foundations. Through the campaigns I ran for Stellar, Solana, Aptos, EDU Chain, Algorand and more, we distributed over $1M to the community.

Türkiye's coding education community · intern to manager, 2021 to now
My role: I ran Patika.dev's social media and content. I grew Instagram with audience-first Reels tested every week, and made the blog, YouTube and SEO content, reporting on it in Google Analytics. The results are in the numbers above.

The journey
One company the whole way: Patika.dev. My role grew, and new brands and communities came alongside it.
Patika.dev
Digital marketing intern → junior specialist
I joined at the very beginning, when Patika.dev was a web2 platform training software developers: first content, setting up the social channels, building the community.
Patika.dev
Digital marketing specialist
I took over social media and content growth with Reels at the center. We moved into web3, and I built Superteam Türkiye's marketing from zero together with the community: 3,000 followers on X in the first year.
Patika.dev
Senior digital marketing specialist
I launched ICP Hub Türkiye's marketing with the community: 2,000 followers on X in four months.
Patika.dev · Rise In
Digital marketing manager
Rise In launched alongside Patika.dev and I became its first marketer: channels, content system and community, built from zero. Event marketing across Türkiye, India, Vietnam, Indonesia and the UAE.
Patika.dev · Rise In
Stellar Türkiye joins
I started running Stellar Türkiye's marketing with the community, and content and community for Stellar's programs in Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines.
Patika.dev · Rise In
Digital marketing manager
Still at both, with Stellar Türkiye alongside. I run content, growth, brand and community with AI at the center of the creative process. SheFi Season 14 scholar since 2025.
How I work
Real product, real numbers, no hype. If a claim can't be verified, it doesn't go on screen.
The first three seconds have to work with the sound off.
Every piece gets tested; the winning format becomes the next template.
If I do it twice, I write it down. Three times, I automate it.
Actor and Coven Labs co-founder Mert Fırat calls builders to apply to the Radar Hackathon. I set up the partnership, wrote the brief and managed the influencer process end to end. October 2024.
I set up the partnership with TikTok Türkiye: a shoot with Rise In DevRel on what MultiversX's Türkiye launch means for developers. December 2024.
